About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and documentation of transportation and drainage projects from concept through construction.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Conduct site investigations, hydraulic modeling, and geotechnical assessments to inform design decisions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control, providing technical guidance to junior staff.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in transportation and drainage design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
