Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI training protocols that integrate civil engineering datasets and domain knowledge.
• Write clean, efficient Python code for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define model requirements and performance metrics.
• Analyze model outputs, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate on training pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong background in Civil Engineering with experience handling large engineering datasets.
• Proficient in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit‑learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience with Machine Learning model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
