Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate engineering designs, specifications, and construction methodologies in line with Australian standards and project requirements.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to determine scope, sequencing, and resource needs.
- Lead on-site coordination, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence across multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage project budgets, perform cost control, and provide accurate cost estimates and value engineering opportunities.
- Implement sustainable design practices to enhance environmental performance and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer registration (PE) or equivalent in Australia.
- Proven experience in project management, design, and construction oversight.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS) and construction codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
