As the Child & Community Impact Data Specialist, you will define and drive the strategic evolution of World Vision ’s sponsorship impact intelligence ecosystem—shaping how child and community impact is translated into compelling, sponsor-facing engagement experiences globally.
You will lead the design and implementation of integrated impact intelligence frameworks that connect child sponsorship data, programme outcomes, and storytelling into scalable, AI-enabled engagement experiences across 30+ markets.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening the sponsorship experience by ensuring it is grounded in credible, connected evidence of change—capturing the story of both the child and their community.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration to design, deliver, and continuously improve impact data frameworks that meet the needs of Support Offices, field teams, and sponsors worldwide, while advancing the transition from static reporting to dynamic, data-driven storytelling.
