About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization’s AI and digital transformation roadmap, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models and analytics solutions that generate measurable value.
- Establish AI governance, ethical guidelines, and risk management frameworks to ensure responsible use of emerging technologies.
- Partner with senior leadership to embed data‑driven decision making into strategy, operations, and culture.
- Drive change management initiatives, including talent development, upskilling programs, and stakeholder communication to accelerate adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading AI, data science, or digital transformation programs at scale.
- Proven track record of delivering machine‑learning and analytics solutions that impact revenue, cost, or customer experience.
- Deep understanding of AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams and senior executives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
