Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology vision and roadmap aligned with the mission of training patients and families.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and data‑driven platforms for health‑skill training.
- Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and ensure high availability and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles, preferably in health tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record designing and scaling cloud‑based systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong expertise in software architecture, data security, and compliance standards.
- Hands‑on experience with modern development stacks and Agile delivery practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
