About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology vision, aligning cloud, AI/ML, data, and product roadmaps with business growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor senior engineering, AI, business intelligence, and product teams, fostering a high‑performance, innovative culture.
- Architect scalable, secure, and cost‑optimized solutions on AWS, overseeing migration, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices.
- Drive the development of data pipelines, analytics platforms, and machine‑learning models that enhance marketplace performance and customer insights.
- Partner with product, operations, and executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage technical debt, and ensure rapid delivery of market‑ready features.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services, micro‑services architecture, and CI/CD automation.
- Strong background in machine learning, data engineering, and analytics implementation at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high‑performing engineering organizations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
