Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy to support rapid expansion and client delivery excellence.
- Architect and oversee scalable cloud and on‑prem solutions, ensuring high availability and security.
- Champion automation and DevOps practices to accelerate deployment, reduce errors, and improve service quality.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership, preferably in a Managed Services or SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security frameworks, and automation tooling.
- Proven track record of scaling technology teams and delivering complex, multi‑tenant solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
