About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning product development with market demands for high‑precision gears and planetary gearboxes.
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams in designing, prototyping, and scaling advanced servo gear reducers and power transmission solutions.
- Develop and maintain a manufacturing technology roadmap, incorporating additive manufacturing, advanced CNC, and process automation to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance to implement best practices in precision engineering, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and secure intellectual property for competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in precision engineering or manufacturing, with a strong background in gear design and production.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end product development cycles and scaling manufacturing operations.
- Deep knowledge of automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
