Engineering Manager
Lead the creation of next‑generation cybernetics, embedded systems, and industrial IoT solutions for ClimateTech and Industry 5.0, driving product innovation, IP strategy, and team growth as a founding technology partner.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of embedded, IoT, and robotic platforms for ClimateTech and Industry 5.0 applications.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in product design, prototyping, and scaling, ensuring high quality and regulatory compliance.
- Drive IP strategy, patent filings, and technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with founders to shape company vision, fundraising, and market positioning.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Embedded Systems, Electronics, IoT, Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Control Systems.
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex hardware/software products.
- Strong understanding of AI integration in embedded and industrial contexts.
- Experience with ClimateTech or sustainability‑focused technology solutions is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
