About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a firm‑wide technology roadmap that aligns with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud‑based infrastructure, data platforms, and AI solutions.
- Oversee application development life cycles, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with existing systems.
- Establish and enforce security, governance, and resilience standards in partnership with the CIO/CISO.
- Collaborate with practice groups and operations to translate technology capabilities into measurable productivity and client‑service improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, preferably in professional services or regulated environments.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), data analytics, and AI/ML implementation.
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive enterprise‑wide technology initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
