About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct engineering activities for the Sentinel Integrated Project Office, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with Army Corps standards.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets and schedules, aligning resources with mission priorities.
- Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies across multi‑disciplinary project teams.
- Coordinate with regional business directors, stakeholders, and external partners to integrate engineering solutions with overall program objectives.
- Mentor and supervise engineering staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in large‑scale infrastructure engineering and project management.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets and complex schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Experience with risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance in a federal or defense environment.
