As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of information security strategies to protect cohere's assets and data. This includes ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, networks, and data, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to protect cohere's assets and data.
- Lead the security team in identifying and mitigating security risks and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Develop and manage the security budget and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security and compliance.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies and programs.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- CISSP or CISM certification, or equivalent experience.
