Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the Court’s mission and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring robust protection of confidential judicial data and systems.
- Drive cloud adoption and modernization of legacy applications to improve efficiency and resilience.
- Establish data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic advantage.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in delivering technology projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior IT leadership roles within complex, regulated environments.
- Proven track record in cybersecurity, cloud migration, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
