About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall IT and digital strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead enterprise architecture design, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms.
- Oversee cybersecurity programs, incident response, and compliance with federal security standards.
- Manage cloud adoption, migration, and optimization across all business units.
- Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to protect data and infrastructure.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and their impact on mission effectiveness.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a government or highly regulated environment.
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong track record of developing and executing digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF, PMP) preferred.
