Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the overall IT vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with agency mission objectives.
- Lead cybersecurity programs, ensuring compliance with federal security standards and protecting critical data assets.
- Oversee cloud adoption and migration initiatives, managing multi‑cloud environments and optimizing cost and performance.
- Define enterprise architecture standards, guiding the design, integration, and modernization of legacy systems.
- Manage IT risk, continuity, and disaster‑recovery planning to maintain operational resilience.
- Direct vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service‑level agreements to ensure delivery of high‑quality technology solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior executive roles in large, complex organizations.
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA) and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, IT governance, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, compliance, and large‑scale technology transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior government and industry partners.
