About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all engineering and maintenance activities for the building, grounds, and physical plant, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and asset protection standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, including capital expenditure projects, preventive maintenance schedules, and energy conservation programs.
- Lead the emergency response team, coordinating rapid response to incidents and maintaining continuity of operations.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices, conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement sustainable building solutions and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in facilities or engineering management, with a proven track record in budget oversight and capital project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of safety, security, and asset protection protocols, as well as regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
