Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions, driving data‑driven innovation across enterprise clients using Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement large‑scale machine learning models, including deep learning and NLP pipelines, to solve complex business problems.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI projects, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model training, validation, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable data science solutions.
- Advise on best practices for model governance, reproducibility, and ethical AI, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on AI and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated success in deploying production‑grade ML models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with MLOps tools and model monitoring is a plus.
