About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Oversee data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to enable reliable, auditable data assets.
- Lead the design and implementation of big data and cloud-based analytics platforms, leveraging SQL, Python, and ML tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data opportunities, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage data architecture, metadata, and data catalog initiatives to support self‑service analytics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in data governance, big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and machine learning.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing and scaling data teams in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
