About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise‑wide data architecture strategy aligned with business growth, digital transformation, and AI objectives.
- Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.
- Design and oversee implementation of scalable data platforms on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premise solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into robust data models and pipelines.
- Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and analysts, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields, with a proven track record of large‑scale enterprise implementations.
- Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, relational and NoSQL databases, and modern data integration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and machine‑learning frameworks for building advanced analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
