Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise data platforms, driving AI‑enabled access control and big‑data pipelines while overseeing CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and cross‑functional technology teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for a scalable, secure data platform that supports AI‑driven access control and real‑time analytics.
- Architect and manage big‑data pipelines, data aggregation layers, and storage solutions on AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
- Lead CI/CD initiatives to automate data ingestion, processing, and model deployment, ensuring high availability and compliance.
- Collaborate with product, security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering best practices in data engineering, machine learning, and cloud operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing large‑scale data platforms, preferably in AI or security domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern data‑engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (S3, Redshift, EMR, Lambda) and CI/CD frameworks (GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects from concept to production.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows, data governance, and access‑control mechanisms.
