About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall technical architecture for a multi‑tenant ATS ecosystem, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all services.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design and implementation of microservices, API gateways, and event‑driven data pipelines.
- Architect AI/ML components that power intelligent recruiting assistants, including data ingestion, model training, and inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations to establish best practices for cloud deployment, observability, and continuous delivery.
- Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with a strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record designing and scaling microservices and API‑centric architectures at scale.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML workflows, from data engineering to model deployment.
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
