Qualifications
- World-class engineer, architect, or ML systems expert with deep experience in AI and infrastructure.
- Proven track record building and deploying ML pipelines, real-time systems, and large-scale AI products.
- Experienced in connectivity, and network intelligence — including satellite, 5G, or edge systems.
- Extensive experience in working with, presenting, and helping close global clients, multi-region deployments, and regulated environments.
- Equal parts innovator and executor — you think in models and systems, and you ship.
- Looking for ownership, equity, and impact — not just a title.
- Comfortable collaborating at founder level on product, tech, and company strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and build core AI/ML systems.
- Continue on our work of developing a full agentic system internal and client uses.
- Lead critical decisions on tech stack, infra, model design, and data architecture.
- Hire and grow a world-class technical team (from early-stage to scale).
- Own full product lifecycle — from prototype to enterprise deployment.
- Ensure performance across regions, telecom protocols, and global compliance.
- Be a thought partner to the CEO in vision, execution, and fundraising.
Technical Requirements
- Led design and deployment of large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
- Deep knowledge of ML fundamentals, modeling techniques, and training methods.
- Experience with NLP, generative AI, LLMs, and foundation models in real-world products.
- Skilled in model fine-tuning, transfer learning, RAG, and hybrid approaches.
- Strong with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and similar tools.
- Built infrastructure for ML at scale — including pipelines, cloud compute, and serving.
- Experienced with MLOps, versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring in production.
- Familiar with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and real-time data ingestion.
- Telecom and satellite experience: SIP, 5G, network optimization, signal processing, etc.
- Skilled in deploying across regions, handling global clients, and meeting data privacy/compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ability to translate AI strategy into technical requirements for large engineering and product teams.
- Experience working alongside executive leadership to align AI capabilities with product vision.
- Comfort guiding external partners, advisors, and researchers in AI initiatives.
