Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.
Lead AI research, development, and deployment initiatives across business units.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI for business growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to integrate AI solutions.
Ensure AI models and systems meet ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Oversee AI infrastructure, tools, and platforms to support scalable solutions.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing AI teams, including data scientists and machine learning engineers.
Monitor AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
Proven experience in AI strategy, research, or leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and AI tools/frameworks.
