Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into products, services, and operations.
- Lead and manage teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and machine learning specialists.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and monitoring of AI models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive innovation across the organization.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI usage.
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on AI trends and capabilities.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing AI teams.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and large-scale data infrastructure.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate AI capabilities into business value.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
