Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s AI strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into products, services, and operations.
- Lead and mentor teams of AI engineers, machine learning specialists, and data scientists.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and monitoring of AI and ML models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
- Establish governance and ethical frameworks for responsible AI usage.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on AI trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading AI teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI projects.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large-scale data infrastructures.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to align technical AI solutions with business strategy.
- Fluent in English.
