About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client processes to identify change management gaps and recommend AI‑driven solutions.
- Design and deliver training data sets that teach AI models to recognize and apply best practices in organizational change.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to refine model outputs, ensuring accuracy and relevance to real‑world scenarios.
- Document findings, create concise reports, and present insights to stakeholders and project leads.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends in change management and AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven senior experience in turnaround or change consulting, preferably within large enterprises.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex processes into structured data.
- Experience working with AI or machine‑learning teams on training data preparation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated, able to manage a flexible schedule and deliver high‑quality work within agreed timeframes.
