Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive maintenance audits to verify compliance with aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed inspections of aircraft components, systems, and repair work, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement corrective action plans, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances.
- Maintain accurate audit records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes, contributing to the development of best practices and procedural updates.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of aerospace maintenance procedures and quality assurance principles.
- Experience with audit tools and documentation systems in a regulated environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid aviation maintenance or quality certification is a plus.
