Product Manager
Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions for people and organization growth, driving product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and data‑driven decision making across SAP’s People Solutions portfolio.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for agentic AI features, from concept through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, data science, UX, sales) to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing features that deliver measurable impact on people and organization growth.
- Leverage data analytics and machine learning insights to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication of progress and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management experience in AI/ML‑enabled products.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and their application in HR/People solutions.
- Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product analytics tools.
