Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of a Customer Data Platform, ensuring CCPA compliance, advanced churn prediction, and robust consent management while driving data architecture and governance excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end‑to‑end Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution, integrating data from multiple sources into a unified customer profile.
- Design and implement CCPA‑compliant data handling processes, including consent capture, data subject rights, and privacy impact assessments.
- Develop and maintain churn prediction models, leveraging machine learning and statistical techniques to identify at‑risk customers and recommend retention strategies.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless data flow, quality, and accessibility across the organization.
- Establish data governance frameworks, including data ownership, lineage, and security controls, to support regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture or CDP implementation, with a strong focus on privacy and compliance.
- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands‑on experience with churn prediction modeling using Python, R, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of CCPA, GDPR, and other privacy regulations, with proven ability to translate legal requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
