Analytics specialist responsible for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing consumer business data to drive insights and support strategic decisions, using tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and SAS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large consumer‑business datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling using Python and SAS to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting within a consumer‑goods or retail environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SAS.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
