Cards Product Management Specialist (10–15 Years) – Bahrain (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Cards Product Management Specialist with 10–15 years of expertise in Retail Banking and Cards & Payments. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of Debit, Credit, and Prepaid Card products, including product strategy, portfolio management, commercialization, pricing, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative card products.
Define Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and pricing strategies.
Manage the complete product lifecycle and portfolio performance.
Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.
Monitor product KPIs and recommend performance improvement initiatives.
Support commercialization, product rollouts, and go-to-market strategies.
Manage vendor relationships and card processing integrations.
Ensure regulatory compliance and successful implementation of regulatory changes.
Train sales teams and provide product support to internal stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new card products and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
10–15 years of experience in Cards Product Management within Retail Banking.
Strong knowledge of Debit, Credit, and Prepaid Card products.
Experience with product launches and commercialization.
Customer Value Proposition (CVP) development.
Portfolio Management and Product Lifecycle Management.
Card profitability, revenue management, and portfolio analytics.
Card payments ecosystem and processing systems.
Regulatory compliance in banking and payments.
Vendor Management and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
