Software Engineer
Leads implementation and quality of core programs across Kenya and Ghana, driving AI pilots, data‑driven decision making, instructional coaching, and stakeholder alignment to ensure consistent delivery and sustainable impact.
Secondment Objectives:
The secondee will support Kenya and Ghana in strengthening instructional quality, program delivery consistency, and adoption of priority programs.
The role will focus on supporting effective execution of core programs in the regions (including AI pilots, DM v4 adoption, and TSP-supported programs), while reinforcing instructional coaching, TORSH data use, and facilitating L&T Stepbacks.
This role will require a mix of hands-on coordination, advisory support, and capability building, ensuring that country teams are set up with clear processes, aligned stakeholders, and practical systems to sustain quality delivery.
This is a part-time 6-month secondment opportunity, ideally starting at the end of April and running through the end of October.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1) Program Implementation & CoLT Practices (Kenya & Ghana) Support consistent, high-quality program delivery across active cohorts in both countries by reinforcing instructional practices, coaching routines, and creating structured learning loops.
2) Rollout of Category 1 & 2 Programs (Kenya & Ghana)
Support launch readiness and early implementation of priority programs - including AI pilots and DM v4 - across both countries, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear documentation throughout. Monitor the pipeline of potential programs across the two countries and liaise with the Product Team to support adoption conversations.
