About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end‑to‑end automation strategies for China manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to execute automation projects, from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and quantify ROI of automation initiatives.
- Drive lean manufacturing principles, reducing waste and improving throughput while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations to integrate new technologies and maintain system reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing automation, strategy, or execution roles.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale automation projects with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and process simulation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
