About the Role

To strengthen our sales team, with nearly 40 sales professionals from various areas, we are looking for you in full-time as a Call Center Agent - Credit Protection in Homeoffice (w/m/d).
Your Team
Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on all aspects of credit protection after loan approval. You will consider the individual wishes of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through a strong service orientation. What You Will Do
- When it comes to securing arranged installment loans, you are the expert for our customers and advise them by phone on suitable insurance products.
- You determine the individual needs of your customers and support them with tailored solutions using our internal systems.
- You consider the individual wishes of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through a strong service orientation.
- This is not cold acquisition – all your customers are looking forward to your telephone consultation.
- With our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, an efficient working day is guaranteed.
What You Bring
- You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales or telesales).
- You are service-oriented and have a great passion for loans.
- You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional manner on the phone.
- You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated way of working.
- You are eager to develop further, bring a lot of motivation, and want to get started with us.
- Ideally, you have a completed commercial apprenticeship.
