About the Role
You will actively contribute to fulfilling customer wishes by providing telephone advice on income protection. You can expect independent work in a relaxed and familiar working atmosphere with flat hierarchies. This is a full-time position to strengthen the sales team of nearly 40 sales professionals.
Your Team
Together with your future colleagues, you will advise customers on loan protection after loan completion. You will consider the individual wishes of customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through a high level of service orientation. Your Responsibilities
- You will be the expert for customers regarding the protection of mediated installment loans and advise them by phone on suitable insurance products.
- You will determine the individual needs of your customers and support them with tailor-made solutions using internal systems.
- You will consider the individual wishes of your customers and enable high customer satisfaction through a high level of service orientation.
- This is not cold calling – all your customers look forward to your telephone consultation.
- Modern communication tools and digital closing options from partners ensure an efficient daily work routine.
Requirements
- You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales).
- You are service-oriented and have a great passion for loans.
- You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional manner on the phone.
- You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated way of working.
- You are eager to develop further, bring a lot of motivation, and want to start with us.
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
