Calibration Technician/Engineer responsible for precision calibration of RF power equipment, ensuring compliance with aerospace and defense standards using advanced instrumentation and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise calibration of RF power devices and test equipment to meet stringent industry specifications.
- Develop and maintain calibration procedures, documentation, and traceability records.
- Analyze measurement data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex calibration issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all calibration activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RF calibration or instrumentation.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., network analyzers, power meters).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
