About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering efforts for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) platforms, ensuring architecture, integration, and performance meet mission requirements.
- Design and validate multi‑national exchange interfaces, enabling interoperability across allied forces.
- Develop future concepts and new functionality for C2BMC systems, translating operational needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, conduct trade studies, and produce system specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in defense or aerospace systems engineering, with a focus on C3BM or C2BMC domains.
- Proven track record of leading complex integration projects and multi‑national exchange design.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with defense acquisition processes and standards.
