About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for technology initiatives.
- Design and develop data models, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Support change management by creating training materials and conducting user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for data accuracy and process optimization.
