About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues across cloud and on‑prem environments, ensuring minimal downtime for critical business services.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction, reporting, and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement ServiceNow workflows, improving incident management and change control processes.
- Utilize AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3) to support infrastructure scaling, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Document solutions, update knowledge bases, and provide end‑user training to enhance overall system literacy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business systems support or IT operations within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global team.
