Business Systems Lead - tennr

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the core operational systems that support referral management, billing, and provider workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Develop and enforce data governance, reporting, and analytics frameworks using SQL and Tableau to provide actionable insights.
• Lead process‑mapping and optimization initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times across the patient‑referral lifecycle.
• Manage system integrations with third‑party platforms such as EHRs, payer APIs, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Establish best practices for system documentation, change management, and user training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or lead roles, preferably in healthcare or fintech environments.
• Proven expertise in SQL query development, data modeling, and building dashboards with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and extending Salesforce (or comparable CRM) for complex workflow automation.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of bridging technical and clinical teams.
