Systems Engineer
Design, develop, and integrate enterprise business systems using Python, Java, and SQL while leveraging AWS cloud services to deliver secure, scalable solutions for mission‑critical government projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system design and integration.
- Develop, test, and maintain software components using Python, Java, and SQL in an Agile environment.
- Architect and deploy cloud‑based solutions on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including cybersecurity, data analytics, and operations, to deliver end‑to‑end system solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and relational databases (SQL).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
