About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture that supports end‑to‑end business processes across lead generation, sales, onboarding, installation, monitoring, billing, and customer success.
- Lead the development of AI‑driven automation and agentic workflows, leveraging tools such as Einstein, GPT‑based assistants, and custom AI services to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, marketing automation, billing, monitoring) using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and design improved workflows that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Define governance, security, and data quality standards for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture, administration, and development.
- Proven track record building AI‑enabled automation and agentic workflows in a B2B environment.
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Zapier, Workato), and data integration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or equivalent are highly desirable.
