Job Description
The Business Systems Analysis Professional 2 formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
This role will support the implementation and migration of Rework processes to the DomaniRx platform, which is the new pharmacy claims processing platform for SS&C Health. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacy claims and SS&C claims processing, as well as experience with defect tracking and resolution. This role will work closely with various business partners to collaborate on best solutions for Rework and its business partners as it expands to DomaniRx and will be responsible for validating test cases and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform. Assist in management of current customer processes, as well as develop future enhancements for a global customer Rework solution within DomaniRx. Responsibilities can also include working with other DomaniRX workstreams including Pre-Adjudication to ensure a successful implementation.
