Business Systems Analyst specializing in HR technology, responsible for gathering requirements, configuring SAP and Workday modules, and delivering payroll, benefits, and organizational management solutions aligned with project goals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for HR technology initiatives.
- Configure and customize SAP on‑premise and Workday modules, including Personnel Administration, Org Management, Benefits & Pensions, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Perform gap analysis, develop functional specifications, and ensure solutions meet strategic project objectives.
- Coordinate testing activities, support user acceptance testing, and provide post‑implementation support.
- Facilitate data integration between HR systems and downstream applications, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with SAP HR and/or Workday.
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, organizational management, and time tracking.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and system configurations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data integration, reporting, and troubleshooting in HRIS environments.
