About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements for pensions and benefits and translate them into functional specifications for HRIS solutions.
- Design, develop, and configure online HR management systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Create and maintain data models, SQL queries, and reports to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to prioritize work, manage small‑scale projects, and contribute to larger initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for assigned business units, resolving issues under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within HR, pensions, or benefits domains.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to produce clear visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
