Requirements

5+ Experience in Telecom/Digital Transformation Projects : Proven track record in relevant projects is non-negotiable.
Analytical skills : Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Business Process Modelling : Proficiency in modeling tools and techniques.
BSS Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with Business Support Systems is essential.
Agile Methodologies : Understanding of agile practices and frameworks.
Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. A valid passport is required for the contract.
Language Proficiency : Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French, Swahili, or Portuguese is an advantage.
