About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and prioritize system requirements.
- Lead requirements workshops, create functional specifications, and map business processes to system solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data for reporting and decision support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to existing systems.
- Maintain project documentation, track progress in JIRA, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a financial services or fintech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of payment systems, regulatory compliance, and integration patterns.
