Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process transformation initiatives for core banking systems, focusing on Mainframe and Hogan platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Perform detailed needs assessments, gap analyses, and impact studies to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Mainframe applications and Hogan modules.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain backlog items, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Mainframe environments.
- Proficiency in Hogan (Hogan System) configuration, testing, and support.
- Solid understanding of banking processes and core banking systems.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile teams and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
