Business Systems Analyst I Quality Assurance - Cincinnati Children's

Summary

Has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within their discipline.

Follows the parameters of defined policies, procedures and practices with guidance.

Assists in executing the testing/quality assurance needs of the enterprise business suite.

Document testing outcomes.

Develops understanding of business theories, concepts, principles and techniques of the business areas to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Assists with the development of business process designs and user guides.

Addresses production support, application configuration and enhancements with direction from senior level team members as needed.

Assists with testing new functionality, system enhancements, patches, and application upgrades to ensure business requirements are met and systems function as expected.

Documents testing outcomes and supports issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution activities during testing cycles.

Participates in quality assurance activities related to application releases, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance.
